Rachel Prero attended the Yeshiva of Greater Washington high school in
Silver Spring, MD, 45 minutes from her hometown of Baltimore. She then pursued a
degree in Business and Judaic studies from Blitstein Teacher’s Institue from
2003-2007 in Chicago, including a year abroad in Israel studying at Darchei

time running Jewish culture clubs in public high schools in America, as well as
working for NCSY where she met her husband. Despite not knowing that people and

call it her home. Rachel is a medical school wife, married to Rabbi Moshe Prero
of MSIH’s class of 2013 and a super proud mom to Naava, almost 2 (just check out
her facebook pictures!) Rachel is enthusiastic to start an awesome year at BGU
and can’t wait to to have a great time getting to know each of you!!

 Shoshana
(Fruchter) Samuels graduated Yeshivah of Flatbush high school in her
home town of Brooklyn, NY and attended Stern College for Women between
2003 and 2007. At SCW she was privileged to participate in a few
life-shaping extra-curricular activities including the AJWS-YU learning
service trip to Honduras, Counterpoint Israel 2006 and student council.
Counterpoint brought her to Yerucham, a developing town outside of Be’er
Sheva and eventually led her to moving “down south”. After graduating
college she studied in the Graduate Program for Advanced Talmudic
Studies (GPATS) and is currently continuing in that field as a student
at Ben Gurion University pursuing a masters. She is enjoying living in
the south of Israel and has dedicated this year to teaching local high-schoolers
English. Shoshana is so excited to meet the new students that are coming
to learn, experience and have fun at the Jeff Seidel Be’er Sheva Student
Center.

Ayol’s also a graduate of Yeshiva University and is currently a
second-year student in the BGU-Columbia Medical School for International
Health.
